What we collect
When you send a brief, we receive your name, email, company, website and the details you choose to share. We also collect anonymous usage statistics to understand how the site is used.

Why we use it
We use your brief only to reply to you and prepare a proposal. We never sell your data and never add you to a newsletter without asking.

How long we keep it
Briefs are kept for 24 months, then deleted unless we are working together. Statistics are kept in aggregated form only.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@ductus.studio. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
